Xploration of Darwins discovery: The Galapagos Islands

Galapagos sealion

A once in a lifetime experience: exploring the Galapagos Islands!  926 km West from Ecuador mainland there are the islands that Charles Darwin made famous.  What makes these islands so special is that the animals you encounter have never learned to fear humans. Sea lions are not shy to come and sit next to you, birds duck dive next to you when you’re snorkelling, birds land on your but when you’re sunbathing, Iguanas keep chilling when you pass them, and birds are performing their rituals right in front of you. While hiking, cruising, snorkelling and swimming, I’ve met many of the species that only can be found in Galapagos: Sea lions, Marine Iguanas, Land Iguanas, Blue footed Boobies, Frigate birds, Penguins, Finches, Galapagos Tortoise, Grabsus Grabsus crabs, White tip reef sharks. Add the volcanic landscapes, the flora, its vibrant culture, Tommy the naturalist, the fantastic service, budget friendly, and off the path itinerary from cruise Xavier of GAdventures, and you have a genuine travel adventure that is VERY hard to beat!
